All travel arrangements booked through this web site will be made by Travel Club Elite Ltd, who act as agents for all suppliers. We are a Member of ABTA (No: 82689) which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. Many of the travel arrangements that we sell are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking. Terms & Conditions of any suppliers are available, on request, prior to your entering into any contract.
Travel Club Elite Ltd. are agents for all airlines, tour operators, ferry companies, car hire companies, and all other suppliers used within the web sites.
When you make a booking either directly or indirectly from the web site you must ensure that you know what you are booking, and any travel conditions that may or may not be attached to that flight or booking, as mistakes may be expensive to rectify.
The first named person (who must be over 18) must complete our booking form accepting these conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. Your contract with us comes into force when either you complete the payment boxes with a valid credit card, or when you give a credit card number over the telephone, or make any other form of payment for deposit or full balance.
You should not make a payment until you are conversant with all details of the booking. Once you have made a booking we will issue a receipt for the payment, and the Supplier's invoice will follow.
* It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of the confirmation invoice are correct, and to inform us of any discrepancies within 10 days of receipt.
You must ensure that you are familiar with the booking terms and conditions, together with hotel, resorts and all other descriptions and specifications in your tour operator's brochure and / or websites as these form part of your contract with the tour operator.
Correct Spelling of Names and Titles
All names, titles, and initials of those travelling must be correctly given at the time of booking. All passenger names must be the same as shown on each person's passport.
Changes cannot be made at a later date without extra charges being incurred, and the first named person on the booking form will be liable.
All such charges are clearly shown under Service Charges.
Final Balances
For all scheduled flight bookings made directly through the web site full payment will be required at the time of booking. This serves to secure your reservation at the price shown.
For all other bookings, you will receive a confirmation invoice from the supplier, and the final balance payment is required no less than twelve weeks before departure.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the final balance is received by us.
Failure to settle a final balance may be treated as a cancellation with the loss of deposits and possible cancellation charges as levied by the Principal.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted at any time in writing from the first named person on the booking form. Tour Operators', Airlines' or other Suppliers' booking conditions will be applied.
When a holiday has been cancelled after full payment has been made, any discount taken must be repaid and claimed back from your insurance company.
Should the reason for cancellation be covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges less any excess.
Insurance
It is a booking condition of all tour operators that you have adequate travel insurance. Such insurance will ensure that you have cover against cancellation charges, medical costs, loss of money or personal effects, and personal liability.
If you require insurance cover, Travel Club Elite Ltd. will be pleased to arrange it for you at the time of booking, but you are free to make any other arrangements.
If you do not take our insurance, you will be required to either sign an indemnity form, or provide details of alternative cover.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passengers named on the booking have adequate insurance cover.
Clients are covered from the date that the insurance premium is paid, and if you do not arrange cover at the time of booking, you are not covered until such time as you arrange cover.
You must carefully read and sign the insurance policy, your attention is expressly drawn to the 'Important Declaration' & ‘Changes in your circumstances during the period of insurance’ and to the Exclusions. You must make disclosure of any pre-existing medical conditions, which the insurance company may not cover.
Please note that full 'Terms and Conditions' of insurance are available from the supplier through Travel Club Elite Ltd.
Information contained in these web pages is intended for guideline purposes only.
Passports
All passengers must have a valid passport. Passports should be valid for six months from the date of your return. Please inform us if you do not hold a full British passport.
All children now require their own passport.
Costs & Payment
For bookings either by phone or on our website, we undertake to provide accurate prices that include all fixed non-optional extras and fuel supplements. All costings are subject to final confirmation as on the Supplier's confirmation invoice.
We do not make any charges for deposits or final balances when paid by Debit Cards.
All payments by Credit Card will be subject to a handling fee.
We do not accept Diners Cards.
Flight Times
In the case of package holidays, scheduled flights, or charter seat sales only, flight timings are provisional and may be subject to change.
We will inform you of major changes.
Service charges
If you need to change or cancel your travel arrangements, Tour Operators may apply charges. The good news is that Travel Club Elite won't: we know that making your plans is often complicated and time-consuming; we certainly don’t wish to add to your stress levels, or costs!
Our telephone lines are open on 0121 213 0012 from 0900 to 1730 hours on weekdays, from 0900 to 1700 hours on Saturdays.
